I didn't come to coaching from textbooks alone - I came from lived experience.
I've personally navigated significant weight fluctuations, emotional challenges around food, and the frustration of knowing what to do but struggling to stay consistent long term. I understand firsthand how overwhelming weight loss can feel when motivation comes

My approach to coaching is rooted in structure, accountability, and compassion - not restriction, shame, or unrealistic expectations. I believe sustainable change happens when meal planning, mindset, and daily habits are aligned with real life.
While I am currently completing my professional certification, my coaching practice is built on practical experience, ongoing education, and commitment to helping clients develop routines they can maintain beyond short-term results.
I do not provide medical or clinical services. My coaching focuses on habit change, nutrition guidance, and lifestyle support. Clients are encouraged to consult healthcare professionals for medical or clinical needs.
